New Album "Free"
After my musical timeout during the past months I´m very happy to publish my new album "Free" for you now. "Free" is very close to my heart, because it means a new form of artistic and personal freedom to me. Because with "Free" I share 18 of my favourite songs with you. Free. Varied. From unplugged only with piano or guitar to complex productions. Partly completely different in feeling, atmosphere, musical influence as well as manner of conversion. Every single one for itself. All together. All from the heart.

Zumba
I´m teaching again. Not dance classes like I used to. But Zumba. For those who don´t know it: the current mega fitness trend. In principle a fitness class concept - but actually we dance. All easy moves on great music - super effective and loads of fun!

Primary I did the Zumba training at the beginning of this year spontaneously just for fun and in order to be able to choose the trainers for Jumps. I didn´t plan to teach it myself. But since the demand was so big I voluntary decided to take classes over summer. It was and still is so much fun - so I´m still teaching it. A little modified - not typical Zumba - which means not only Latin music and dance but lots of Pop, Urban and Hip Hop. All with the slogan "party yourself into shape"!
